Founding Pilot terms

Who the pilot is for

The Founding Pilot is intended for UK business customers, primarily care staffing and recruitment agencies acting in a business capacity. It is not a consumer offer.

What the pilot provides

The Founding Pilot provides 30 days of buyer-specific monitoring of public Care Quality Commission location data, ranked signals, source links and concise qualification notes. The pilot is offered at £99 one-off with no automatic renewal.

Evidence and inference

Care Provider Signals detects new registrations and changes in CQC location data and then applies analytical prioritisation against the buyer profile you provide. CQC-derived facts and our commercial interpretation are different things. HOT, REVIEW and Fit Score are analytical prioritisation signals only. They are not evidence that a provider is buying staffing services, has a vacancy, needs recruitment support or will respond to outreach.

The current pilot does not always expose a field-level before/after diff for a detected CQC data change. You should review the linked CQC record before relying on a signal for outreach or any other business decision.

Permitted use

The pilot output is provided for your internal business use in sales qualification, account research and related business-development activity. You may not resell, republish or systematically extract the pilot output, or use it to build a competing provider directory or data product, without prior written permission.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying facts, deciding whether an opportunity is relevant and ensuring that any outreach or processing of personal data is lawful, appropriate and compliant with your own policies and applicable rules. Do not submit patient, candidate or other sensitive personal data to the pilot.

No guaranteed outcomes

The pilot does not guarantee leads, revenue, customer responses, buying intent, completeness of public source data or that every relevant market event will be detected. Signals are intended to support qualification and judgement, not replace them.

Availability and changes

This is a working pilot. Data sources, scoring, signal logic, interfaces and delivery methods may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn while the product is being validated. No service-level commitment is made for the Founding Pilot unless the final commercial terms expressly say otherwise.

Intellectual property and public-source material

Rights in the product software, scoring logic, presentation and original analytical material remain with their respective owner. Underlying public CQC information remains subject to its source terms and the Open Government Licence. Nothing in these pilot terms transfers ownership of third-party public information.

Confidential pilot information

Non-public information shared specifically for the private pilot should be used only for evaluating and operating the pilot and protected with reasonable care. This does not restrict information that is already public, independently known or lawfully received from another source.

Access and termination

Founding Pilot access ends after the agreed 30-day period unless both sides expressly agree otherwise. Access may be suspended or ended earlier where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, unlawful use or material breach of the final commercial terms.

Commercial status

The displayed £99 one-off Founding Pilot price is the current Working commercial configuration. The current website records founding-pilot interest only and does not charge a payment method or create an automatic renewal.
